Here’s exactly what to expect when you work with us — a simple process, clear communication, and meals that actually fit your life.

Step 1
Start with a quick intro
Fill out a short form so we can understand what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll send a quote and book a quick meet & greet to walk through your kitchen, preferences, and how you like your weeks to run.
This helps us match you with the right chef and set things up properly from the start.
Step 2
Menu planning, done with you
Based on your preferences, we create a menu that fits your household and keeps your week realistic.
You’ll receive a proposed menu in advance, with space to request any tweaks or swaps. Once approved, we send your final menu along with your grocery list.
Optional add-on: $45 per session


Step 3
You buy the groceries
With your final menu in place, you’ll shop using our list — or your own plan if you’re not using the menu planning service.
If something isn’t available, simple swaps are always okay (like lemons for limes or similar pantry items). Your chef will adapt with what you have and make it work.
Step 4
Your chef cooks in your home
Your chef arrives, gets set up, and cooks with a clean, efficient workflow. We respect privacy and keep conversation light unless invited.
We always welcome feedback — it’s the best way for us to refine your meals and make each session feel more dialed-in to you.

A clean kitchen, meals ready to go
Meals are portioned, labelled, and ready to eat.
We clean as we cook, so you’re not left with a sink full of dishes or a messy kitchen.
Step 6
It gets easier every week
As we learn your preferences and your kitchen, each session becomes more efficient and more tailored to you.
