Sandra is the founder of Fearless Cookin’, a line of small-batch, organic spice blends created to make everyday meals simple and full of flavour.

Raised in Canada in a Portuguese household, she grew up learning that the best food comes from clean ingredients, well-chosen spices, and the confidence to cook without fear,

a philosophy that now guides her brand and community of Fearless Followers.

Alongside her culinary venture, Sandra has built a career in sales leadership and business development, helping startups and small businesses scale with strategy, structure, and standout results.

Her mix of cultural roots, entrepreneurial drive, and proven business expertise makes her a dynamic co-founder of Maison Prep, where she’s passionate about food, community, and sustainable growth.

Christie Collins

Christie is the founder of Grow Prep Create, offering coaching and resources for meal planning and prep along with her Recipe Vault — a growing library of customizable, nourishing recipes.

For the past 2.5 years, she’s also brought her expertise directly into clients’ kitchens through in-home meal prep.

Christie manages all culinary programming at Catalyst Commons, Canada’s largest independant coworking space.

With 20 years in hospitality, a Food & Beverage Management diploma from Conestoga College, and certification as a Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach, she brings a practical, joyful approach to food rooted in sustainability and community.
